This site has been developed to enable analysis of national pupil data made available through the Pupil Level Annual School Census (PLASC), National Curriculum Assessment data and external examination data from external partners.

Key statistical indicators at school level are available for all maintained schools here.

Access to further reports on this site is restricted to authorised users. If you wish to apply for access, please complete the application form.

Local authority users and school users should send their completed forms to the authority's National Pupil Database representative. Stakeholders should send their forms directly to the National Pupil Database administrator.

Please note that when you log out you should always use the log out button. If you forget and close the application by clicking on the "X" in the top right of the screen the system will think that you are still logged in. If you attempt to re-enter the site through the login page, you will not need to re-enter your username and password, but use the menu items at the top of the screen.

A wide range of factors have a bearing on school performance. Schools are required to publish their own results in their prospectus and Governors' Annual Report. Users are encouraged to contact individual schools for these publications, which allow results to be put in context and better reflect local circumstances and education provision.
